Ordinarily we aim to send out your order the next working day, however we do not dispatch container orders on a Friday during the Summer months due to the heat in transportation. Occasionally due to an exceptional number of orders, especially over a weekend your order may be delayed and sent out on a Tuesday.

If you require the rose for a particular date, please include this in your order and we will do our best to accomodate this. Please note we do not deliver on a weekend.

Who delivers your roses?

We use a courier company called APC, our local branch is in Tendring.

Some bare-root roses which are sent abroad are sent via Royal Mail.
